The 1877 Peoria Oak features some of the most intricate casting work of any of our Hotties. With its nickel dome and front plate, it pairs a delicate iron design with shiny, reflective detail work. This stove isn’t just a work of art; it’s been restored to full functionality and could serve as a source of warmth and comfort in any home or business.

Backstory
The stove, a most gracious wedding offering from a Baltimore uncle of considerable means, found its way into the home of Miss Jaqueline Langley—a lady of fine intellect and delicate adornment, esteemed for her poetic musings and elegant gatherings. Procured from a distinguished foundry in North Charleston, South Carolina, it was chosen with great discernment, not merely for its steadfast provision of warmth but for the grandeur it bestowed upon the household. Forged in ornate iron and burnished by careful hands to a lustrous nickel sheen, the GEM stood as a testament to artistry and refinement. Its steady glow did more than banish the chill—it gathered souls, bringing forth spirited discussion, candle-lit recitations, and a sanctuary where tales were spun and affections discreetly nurtured amidst the rustling of playing cards and the clinking of cider cups.
And so, after many winters and whispered histories, this noble hearth, Jackie, finds its present dwelling at J&C Imaging in Manhattan Kansas, where it stands as a steadfast guardian of bygone elegance and enduring comfort.
