The 1895 Gem Oak features less nickel than many of the other Hotties, but it compensates with an impressively detailed cast-iron body and intricate skirt pieces. A small but ornate finial, meticulously recast from a scan of the original, tops the stove off.

Backstory
In days of yore, when prosperity adorned the household with fine comforts, Samuel Thompson, a gentleman of commerce and considerable means, saw fit to place this noble stove at the very heart of his grand Victorian dwelling. Through many a bitter winter, its steadfast warmth warded off the chill, while its sturdy frame served to prepare nourishing repasts for kith and kin. As seasons passed and generations flourished, this treasured hearth became an heirloom of great sentiment, lovingly bestowed upon each successive Thompson who called it home.
In 1920, the stove came into the possession of Miss Elizabeth Thompson, granddaughter of its original master, who upheld the tradition with devotion—its glowing embers kindling merriment during familial gatherings and providing wholesome feasts to mark joyous occasions.
Now, in the present age, this venerable stove finds its rightful dwelling within JNT Company, where it stands as a proud relic of endurance and hospitality.
